I also updated to the 3.7 firmware as was suggested for the 310XT. Called customer service (note: which has ALWAYS been excellent) and was told that it is a known problem. I also have been unable to upload ever since the GC site was updated a few weeks ago. Automatic FR 310XT upload to GC no longer works and FW 3.7 has created problems too
